Heading to Capita’s offices in Gresham Street for our second live event in March this time bringing together our Mortgages Forum. An insightful morning discussing all things technology and its influence on employment trends. Our great panelists chaired by Stephen Smith, Non-Executive Director at Mortgage Advice Bureau, L&G Home Finance and Twenty7Tec highlighted the technological driver in financial services and the future it will have on employment trends. Whilst Kate Davies, Executive Director at IMLA came down with COVID-19, her presence and contributions to the session encouraged discussion from the audience and the panelists.
A key takeaway from this session is that whilst technology and AI advancements are dominating the marketing, they will never replace the human connection, rather it will be a case of upskilling the team to be reactive to the everchanging market needs.
