Aldermore Bank was launched during the recession and is a successful example of a recent start-up company in the UK. Through research, they were able to identify a gap in the market, develop a robust business plan with and establish a strong vision. They controlled the launch using strong relationship and have differentiated themselves from their competitors via product and personnel differentiation.
