NatWest has hired a new Director of Retail Marketing, bringing experience from the credit and payments industries.

Lisa Gervis started the role in January, joining from the credit platform NewDay. She worked there for six years, most recently as Director of Co-brands.

Her previous experience includes working at B2B payments company Kriya (then MarketInvoice), building a marketing team of seven people, managing digital and off-line channels and creating content and social strategies. Prior to this she worked at consumer credit provider Elevate.

From 2009-2013, she worked at American Express, first in a strategic planning role, then in a brand and customer management.

“Looking forward to working with the retail and marketing teams to continue building great outcomes for customers,” Lisa wrote on LinkedIn. “Thrilled to be a part of the NatWest team!”
