NatWest hires Barclays, HSBC vet to head wealth marketing

NatWest has installed a new CMO for its wealth businesses with marketing experience in investment management and retail banking.

Mitesh Mistry started in the role in January of this year. The remit includes private bank Coutts, as well as the wealth and asset management businesses.

He brings experience from both wealth management and retail banking. His most recent role was as Global Head of Marketing for Wealth Management at Schroders from 2020 to 2022.

Prior to this, he held the title of Global Head of Marketing at HSBC from 2018 to 2020 and at Barclays from 2013 to 2018.

Paul Fletcher, the former Marketing Director for NatWest’s Wealth businesses left in December 2022 after just over two years in the position. He is now Customer and Marketing Director for the UK&I Life business at Aviva.
