Brooks Macdonald hires ex-Ninety One UK marketing head for global role

Brooks Macdonald has hired a veteran from Ninety One and Architas for its newly created Global Head of Marketing role.

Leanne Barnham joined the firm on 13 February. The role will see her driving marketing strategy and execution to support the firm in becoming a top five wealth manager within the UK and Crown Dependencies.

She reports to Sarah Ackland, Global Head of Distribution & Marketing.

Leanne has worked in the sector for 15 years. She joins from Ninety One, where she was the Head of UK Marketing.

Prior to this, she was Global Head of Marketing with Architas Multi-Manager, having worked there for nine years in distribution, marketing strategy and marketing management roles.

Founded in 1991, Brooks Macdonald is an investment manager. Its discretionary FUM was £16.2 billion as of 31 December 2022.
