Allica Bank launches integrated brand campaign

Allica Bank has moved into brand advertising with its “Get Your Money Hat On” campaign.

Created in partnership with agency Rooster Punk, the light-hearted ad focuses on the concept of smaller business owners needing to wear multiple “hats” and perform different roles. The pitch is that Allica is the right “money hat”, with the ad highlighting the 5.1% AER paid on business deposits.

It is the neobank’s first major foray into brand marketing, with the hat being coloured Allica’s trademark orange.

The TV spot launched on 29 November along with radio, OOH, press and other channels.

Allica Bank focuses on a specific niche within the business world. While both micro businesses and large corporates are well served by existing big banks, medium sized businesses with bespoke requirements but without the scale to justify the interest from big banks can struggle.
