As social media gains momentum in UK financial services marketing, this half- day event will provide a framework for developing, enhancing and embedding social media compliance into your sales and marketing strategy.

As a result of a specially-convened working group and numerous other sessions with key client involvement, The Forum delivered a whitepaper document to the FCA for consideration back in July. This comprehensive document covered compliance issues from a marketing and sales perspective.

This morning will be the culmination of the six-month exercise which will bring together the FCA, social media experts from the industry, members of the working group and other participants interested in spurring the adoption of new digital channels in the financial services industry.
