In this roundtable breakfast session we share recent research from ComPeer and IRESS on what a good (and not so good) Front Office looks like, in terms of organisation, productivity, client satisfaction and range of service. We will also consider the Front Office of the future and the changes needed to create a scalable and profitable wealth management firm that is also client centric.
