Once again we are holding this year's three-day European Executive Summit in St Paul de Vence, focusing on retail financial services in general and retail banking in particular. Our summit is a unique event, allowing participants to spend three days with colleagues, contemporaries and (sometimes) even competitors in a relaxed an informal setting. The event is unusual inasmuch as we do not set a tight agenda for the event. Our experience of running this event for over a decade is that the seniority of our participants (restricted to Forum Members and guests) tend to drive the agenda around the key issues and topics facing them. We do have a small number of keynote speakers although much of the event is taken up with workshops, team and individual exercises and debate.
