Will Kingston

Will is the Head of Customer Experience at Close Brothers, a FTSE250 UK merchant bank. He started his career as a corporate lawyer in Australia before moving into management consulting, where he consulted for a range of financial services companies across Australia and South East Asia. Prior to joining Close Brothers, Will helped establish the first digital bank in Thailand and ran the Customer Operations function for a fast-growing London insurtech. Away from the office, after failing at dozens of lockdown self-improvement activities, Will turned his hand to writing. He has recently been published twice by The Spectator in Australia.
