Steph leads the Qualitative team for Financial Services at Ipsos. Over the last decade she has developed a deep understanding of consumers’ financial lives and is well versed in carrying out research across a range of financial products and issues. Steph also jointly leads our Diversity & Inclusion work here at Ipsos.
