Rich has over 14 years experience working with leading global organisations and brands in sectors including Finance, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals and Retail. His passion is helping organisations and people grow by building their capabilities to create brilliant customer experiences. This includes strategy & activation, culture, organisation, process design, learning and leadership development.

As a member of Brand Learning’s Executive team, Rich has partnered with senior teams at companies such as Allianz, M&S, Thomson Reuters, AstraZeneca and Diageo to deliver business impact through organisation-wide capability initiatives. Rich also oversees Brand Learning’s propositions and thought leadership globally, with notable previous work including how to design the marketing organisation of the future.
