Mark Huxley

Mark has worked in and around the iconic Lloyd’s insurance market for more than 40 years. Originally working within underwriting businesses, he founded his own first business - a management services organization - in the late 1990s. Taking it from start-up to significant size in a relatively short period, Mark gained a reputation as a growth strategist and someone with a passion for building a value-led business. Something he has gone on to explore more, helping others attain their own ambitions. Principally via co-founding marketing and communications businesses, but more latterly via his own consultancy where he advises a range of businesses and mentors those running them. Mark is a Freeman of the Guild of Entrepreneurs and active in its education and outreach activities. He is an investor in innovative (fin)tech businesses and chairs the Forum’s Insurance Special Interest Group.
