Jen is an experienced risk, issues and crisis consultant, working closely with a range of national and international businesses to build resilience in challenging environments.
Jen develops and embeds a wide range of crisis preparedness programmes, equipping teams with the tools and capabilities to perform at their best. Her crisis preparedness work includes risk register co-creation, review and development of recall and crisis procedures, crisis communication planning and issues management support.
With a specific focus in the food and drink sector, Jen's client portfolio also spans FMCG, sustainability and industrial manufacturing. Clients include Kraft Heinz, Froneri, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), Croda and PZ Cussons.
