Ella Morrison

As a Senior Behavioural Designer, Ella develops creative, theory-based solutions to change employee and consumer behaviour. She uses her understanding of habits, preferences and decision-making patterns to design behaviourally-informed products and services across a variety of sectors, including finance, health, retail, and e-commerce.
Following a first-class degree in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and a Brand Communications role at the Discovery Channel, Ella obtained a Masters degree in Behaviour Change at UCL. During this time, Ella worked on various projects ranging from reducing household food waste to increasing cycling in women, and presented her findings at academic conferences.
