Charles Haresnape

Charles has over 30 years lending experience, primarily within the Residential Mortgage industry as a lender, a broker and within estate agency financial services. He joined Aldermore from one of the UK’s largest estate agency groups, Connells, where he was Group Mortgage Services Director. Prior to joining Connells, Charles was responsible for intermediary mortgage lending at both NatWest and RBS, plus the branch mortgage sales force within NatWest. He has worked for a number of other household names in the banking and building society sectors, including Nationwide and HBOS. Charles is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a holder of CeMAP. Currently Chairman of the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA) and an Executive Committee member of CML, having previously been Deputy Chairman.
