The Forum Buzz: Unveiling our new website

The Financial Services Forum

On behalf of the Forum team, I’m delighted to unveil our brand new website.

Our new website has been built to ensure an enhanced user experience and ensure we remain at the forefront of FS marketing thinking for your benefit.

With the recent appointment of Alex Sword as Editor, we wanted to help members navigate the exclusive interviews, opinion pieces and case studies now available.

You’ll find that the Knowledge Centre has been rebranded as the Knowledge Hub and split into two distinct categories; Strategy and Tactics. This division of insight recognises the two audiences within our membership: marketing directors and CMOs, responsible for setting marketing strategy and marketing managers, responsible for implementing marketing strategy.

Of course, we know that many marketing managers will be interested in strategy, and senior marketers interested in the latest thinking in marketing tactics. But we hope that this will help you find what you are after as you browse the site, and hopefully even uncover some new thinking and inspiration too.

Over the past 12 months, watching webinars ‘on demand’ has been an increasingly popular way for members to access event content. So, you’ll find our new video library of all recorded webinars in the On Demand section of the Knowledge Hub.

If you see something that looks of interest but don’t have time to watch it right now, you can ‘like’ a video, which will pin it to your personal Favourites page on your profile.

If you’re looking for videos, articles and case studies specific to your sector, take a look at the community pages and join the groups of interest. These pages provide a quick snapshot view of all the latest thinking in your sector from the Forum.

Please take some time to browse the new site and let us know what you think. I hope that the changes we have made will greatly enhance the member experience for you and your team.
