Over the past few weeks, we’ve been busy confirming a host of exciting speakers for our half-day FS Martech 2021 digital conference.
This week, we’ve welcomed Morgan Reavey, Head of Performance Marketing at TSB to our panel session on how martech can support cross-department organisational change. Morgan will be joined on the panel by Colin Bennett, Head of Digital Distribution, Global at GAM Investments and Izzie Rivers, CEO and Founder at Realm. Morgan, Colin and Izzie will be sharing case studies and anecdotes from their own experience of leading change with a martech lens, and how they engaged with multiple departments on the journey to do so.
In our discussion with Raj Kumar, Group Director of Brand and Reputation at Aviva, a few weeks ago, Raj spoke about how tech is not just a tool to support, but a vehicle to serve and drive business strategies. With so many solutions available, knowing which tools to invest in can feel like a minefield for marketers.
Our aim is that, through hearing shared experiences and learnings from fellow senior Members, you’ll come away from this conference with actionable takeaways to answer those key questions. Looking ahead to next week. I’ve just been advised that Jamie Dobbin, Head of Pension Operations at the Pension Insurance Corporation will be joining Deborah Alsina MBE at our Understanding and Responding to Older Customers who are Vulnerable next Thursday. This looks to be a great event, and certainly very timely given the recent FCA report on vulnerable customers.
Also, coming up next week on Tuesday at 0900-1000am, we’ll be discussing how fintechs are driving sustainable change through responsible lending.
