Vanguard has appointed a new Global CMO, who brings experience from Fidelity and Bank of America.

Kathryn Condon took on the position in January. She joined from Fidelity Investments, where she had worked for almost 13 years, most recently as Head of Marketing Wealth and Brokerage. Other roles had included leadership of channels and CRM.

Prior to this, she worked at Bank of America for six years, and also spent five years at Accenture.

The asset manager, best known as the pioneer of index trackers but also a growing player in the active space, entered the UK market in 2019. Since then it has gone through three versions of its brand platform, each of which have advanced a different aspect of the brand.
