Rathbones’ Group Head of Distribution has left to pursue other opportunities after nearly three years in the role.

Jayne Rogers, who was also executive chair of the asset management business, joined the firm in 2023 from Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where she had been head of strategy.

She had previously held roles at Northern Trust Asset Management, KPMG and Mercer.

Rathbones said in a statement: “Jayne has made a significant contribution to the business, particularly through her leadership across distribution and our broader strategic agenda.

“She has helped guide the team through a period of significant change and we would like to thank her for all she has contributed to Rathbones and wish her the very best for the future.”
