Quilter has launched its first TV advert, expanding its “Money Needs a Plan” brand campaign.
The light-hearted ad parodies a relationship counselling session, making the point that advice can help people make a better plan for what to do with their money.
It aired across Channel 4, Sky, Amazon Prime and other platforms starting last weekend (25-26 July).
Quilter worked with agencies Joint and Bountiful Cow on the advert.
Chief Customer Officer Jo Harris commented on LinkedIn that the campaign was “less about products and more about confidence. Confidence to start thinking about the future. Confidence to have conversations about money. Confidence to take action.
“Moving into TV allows us to reach new audiences with a message that is simple and important: financial planning can help turn good intentions into meaningful outcomes.”
The “Money Needs a Plan” platform launched late last year, focusing on the problem of money sitting idle and highlighting how expert advice from Quilter can help make savings achieve more.
The platform is designed to be flexible and can be deployed around current events, such as a topical response to then-Chancellor Rachel Reeves’ budget.
