A hot topic that’s familiar to most – how to demonstrate evaluation for marketing activities. There have been some significant developments around marketing governance structures and evaluation techniques. NS&I will share experiences, what they do, and how it works. We will then report the findings of our own Member research on marketing effectiveness and bring together a panel of experts to discuss the findings and explore initiatives that can benefit the industry.
