M&G Wealth has appointed a new Marketing Director who brings experience from Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group.
Lisa Worley started the role in June, heading up marketing, propositions and insights at the brand. This will include responsibility for positioning in the UK retail market and for adviser and customer journeys, as well as strategic marketing and customer experience.
She joined from wealth management technology provider Asurafin. Prior to that she had worked as Group Head of Marketing at Embark Group, a part of Lloyds Banking Group which offers digital retirement solutions to financial advisers, robo-advisers, retail banks and wealth managers.
She also previously worked for seven years at Barclays Wealth Management, including four years as CMO, with her career also including agency side experience at Wellcom London.
Lisa will report to CEO Caroline Connellan and join M&G Wealth’s executive leadership team.
