Janus Henderson has built an AI-powered client intelligence and engagement platform for its distribution teams.

The PRISM platform allows the distribution teams to draw on internal and third-party data to prioritise the right approach and prepare personalised client communications which are consistent across sales and marketing teams.

The asset manager also introduced an AI research management tool for its investment teams, called LIBROS.

Both tools were built in collaboration with transformation company Percepta, using Anthropic’s Claude as the AI model layer.

The firm is also deploying Claude across the firm, with its engineering teams given access to Claude Code and other employees able to use the Cowork productivity tool.

Ali Dibadj, Chief Executive Officer of Janus Henderson, said: “We believe AI Transformation will fundamentally change the way asset managers serve their clients when it is embedded at the core of the business.”

He said that the collaboration would add to the firm’s “innovative leadership in AI and tokenisation, and supports [its] ambition to be the most technologically sophisticated asset manager in the world.”
