HSBC appoints new marketing heads for life, retail and wealth

HSBC has announced two new marketing appointments in its life and retail and wealth divisions.

Ben Walton has been promoted from Senior Marketing Manager to Head of Marketing at HSBC’s Life division. He has worked at HSBC for just under seven years.

Prior to joining HSBC, he headed up marketing and digital at insurer William Russell, and before that spent nine years at Zurich Insurance in brand, advertising and marcomms roles.

HSBC has also promoted Ajay Keerthy to Head of Marketing, Retail and Wealth, for HSBC UK.

Ajay has worked at HSBC for almost 19 years, including spending seven years as Global Head of Premier & International Marketing.
