Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) has hired a new performance marketing head, bringing expertise in both his job title and the media space.
James Hagan started in May as Director and Head of Performance Marketing at the investment platform. He joined from children’s money app GoHenry, where he was Director of Media for a year.
Before that he worked for two and a half years on the J.P. Morgan owned brands Chase UK and Nutmeg, most recently as Head of Media.
Prior to that he worked at Marks & Spencer for six years, both across performance marketing, media, and display.
Earlier this year, HL launched a brand campaign, focusing on its continuity over four decades of British history through the tagline “Helping Britain invest through it all.”
