Gresham House has appointed a new CMO, who brings experience from the comms and PR worlds.

Kara Eigl started in the role at the £10.7 billion AUM asset manager in February 2026.

She joined from alternative asset manager Hayfin Capital Management, where she’d worked for three years, most recently as Director of Marketing and Communications.

Before this, she worked as Head of PR for EMEA & APAC at Nuveen, the TIAA-owned American asset manager that recently acquired Schroders.

Prior to this she held other PR-focused roles in the real estate sector, including working for six years at Savills.

Gresham House positions itself as a specialist asset manager, focused primarily on ESG investments, and offering products to institutional, wealth, intermediary and individual investors.
