EQT Group hires J.P. Morgan veteran as CMO

EQT Group has hired a J.P. Morgan private bank specialist as its new CMO.

Based in London, Steve Nutbeam joined the investment firm this month. He moved from the same position at J.P. Morgan’s international private bank division, which he held for over four years.

Prior to this, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s asset management division for 15 years, most recently as Global Head of Client Experience & Innovation.

Founded in 1994 and based in Sweden, EQT has $227 billion in AUM. It manages assets across four core verticals: private capital, infrastructure, real estate and private wealth.
