Canada Life has hired its first ever Chief Customer Officer, who brings experience from Lloyds Banking Group as well as the consultancy and insurance worlds.
Rose St Louis will start the position in July 2026. Her remit will be bringing customer insight, experience and engagement together into one customer-focused function.
She joins the company from Lloyds Banking Group, where she worked as Protection Director and CEO of insurance broker sub-brand Cavendish Online.
Previous positions included distribution and commercial roles at KPMG and Zurich Insurance.
Commenting on her new role, she said: “I’m delighted to be joining Canada Life at such a pivotal time and excited to help drive a step-change in how we serve and support our customers and advisers.
“My focus is simple: to put the needs of customers and advisers at the heart of every decision we make – deepening our understanding of what matters most to them, raising the bar across every interaction, and delivering experiences that genuinely make a difference.
“I look forward to working with colleagues across the organisation to challenge the status quo, accelerate our progress, and strengthen a culture where great customer and adviser outcomes define our success.”
