American Express has appointed a long-term insider as Marketing Director.

Grace Fearon Lethbridge took on the role in April, based in London, after nearly 13 years at the company.

She moved from the position of Director of Merchant Services, which she had held for over three years. Other positions included pricing and finance positions for different parts of the American Express group.

American Express’s last major advertising push in the UK was the “Spot the AmEx Difference” campaign in 2023, which focused on how having the credit card could transform day-to-day experiences into opportunities to earn rewards.
