Aldermore Bank has hired a new Group CMO, who brings experience from the insurance and invoice financing sectors – as well as the Financial Services Forum itself.

The specialist bank appointed Adam Park to the position in January. He joins from Bibby Financial Services, an SME finance company, where he worked for nine years, most recently as Global Marketing & Communications Director.

Before that, he was Head of Marketing and Customer Relationship Management at PDSA, a vet charity.

This role followed eight years at Homeserve, where he rose to Head of Marketing and Group Transformation.

He also spent four years working at the Financial Services Forum, where he was Head of Membership, Sales and Marketing.

“Adam brings over 20 years of experience in financial services marketing and a real passion for empowering teams and driving change through digital innovation and commercial accountability,” said Aldermore’s Chief People and Communications Officer Lisa Hannah.

“I’m looking forward to working with Adam as we continue to grow, innovate, and deliver for our customers.”

“I’m joining a fantastic business with a strong sense of purpose, real ambition, and a clear opportunity to continue to make a meaningful difference for customers,” Adam commented on LinkedIn.
