Having strategic goals is an important part of running a business, however if your organisation’s behaviours are not aligned to your goals, they are doomed to failure. The challenge for leadership is to determine what the actual behaviours are that run through a business, and if they are aligned to the goals how do you change them?

These event summary notes were taken from The Financial Services Forum’s “Behaviours That Help to Achieve Strategic Goals” event in May 2016. Speakers on the day were Ann Roughead, Non-Executive Director, Columbia Threadneedle; David Rush, Director, Alderbrooke Group; Hani Nabeel, Pyschologist, Alderbrooke Group; Klaus Woeste, Partner, Financial Services People & Advisory, Ernst & Young.

Our thanks to Caroline Haley of First Quartile, part of FWD, for producing the event summary notes.
