An experienced and senior business leader with a track record in delivering business growth in B2C and B2B businesses. Ben has expertise across all major marketing disciplines from insight generation and proposition development, through pricing, brand strategy, and delivering ROI through marketing communications activity (advertising, digital and PR). Ben reports to the Chief Customer Officer, and sits on the Commercial Executive Team at Royal Mail. He is responsible for all Customer Marketing and is currently focused on deploying a new customer value segmentation, digitizing the marketing capability, group brand strategy and customer relationship marketing program.

Sasha Dabliz, Head of Marketing Communications, Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management (UK and Europe)

Sasha heads up the Marketing and Communications function at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management for the UK & Europe and is based in the Lothbury office. Since graduation from Warwick University, she has worked in a variety of roles in the Wealth Management sector – in agencies, as a consultant for many years and also client side so she has built up a wealth of experience in all aspects of Marketing and Communications, including brand building and integration projects

Kirsty Maxey, Managing Director, Teamspirit,

An award winning agency who specialise in financial services and strategic communication. Kirsty started off client side working for RSA and then launched the first ever pet insurance, Pet Plan into the UK. Working in newspapers followed, launching the first ever Scottish Sunday newspaper, Scotland on Sunday. Kirsty has worked with many brands and brand transformation including Aviva, Barclays, Legal & General, Scottish Widows, Lloyds TSB and Santander, to name but a few. She and her team have won more than 50 industry awards for their work. Here she shares some of her learnings.
