In his 30 year business career he has held senior management positions in large and small organizations. He has been involved in public sector, commercial and financial markets and has held sales, marketing and general management positions in companies such as the UK based DRG group and The US Unisys corporation. Whilst at Unisys he held the position of Strategic Marketing Director for their $2bn global financial services business. He has advised the UK and EU governments on strategic research investment decisions. He is a regular international conference speaker and writer and a passionate believer that we are not victims of what the future might hold if we prepare ourselves in advance.
D'Arcy Rossiter, Interim Head of Insight, British Gas Connected Homes
D’Arcy Rossiter is Head of Insight at British Gas Connected Homes which develops the remote heating control product, Hive Active Heating. At Connected Homes D’Arcy is responsible for all market research and analysis across product, brand and customer experience. Prior to joining Connected Homes in February 2014 D’Arcy worked in strategy and insight roles in the telecoms, media and technology space for companies such as AOL, TalkTalk, Sky and IBM. D’Arcy was born and raised in Canada and has been living in London since 2001. He has a an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Prince Edward Island and an MBA from Dalhousie University
Hanne Tuomisto-inch, Head of Finance, Google
Hanne has 15+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy in both media owner and agency roles across Europe. She leads the insurance and financial services vertical at Google, helping companies drive digital transformation in their business and marketing. Hanne works as part of the senior management team leading the UK sales organisation. Prior to joining Google, Hanne worked at a technology and b2b specialist agency within WPP where she headed digital media strategy for five years. Her previous roles also include Director of Interactive at IDG Global Solutions where she launched their lead generation programs across Europe. She has a master’s degree in international business and is passionate about innovation.
