Our annual Executive Summit provides a unique opportunity for Executive Members and select guests to focus on strategic issues in financial services marketing.
The agenda will combine keynote presentations and break-out group discussions, and engage every delegate in the issues that matter most to their business.
We invite only senior industry executives to ensure that we have a strong and relevant peer group. It includes CEOs, Marketing Directors, Strategy Directors, Customer Experience Directors and invited guests from outside the financial services industry.
The Summit is by invitation only and will start with a Dinner and keynote speech from a leading industry executive on the Sunday evening (6 October), with the formal sessions starting the morning after. Sessions will finish at 15:00 on Tuesday 8 October 2019.
For 2019 our annual European Executive Summit will focus on the changing needs of the customer. Tomorrow’s businesses for tomorrow’s people. What are the economic, behavioural, technological and generational forces that are driving change? To make sense of this we will look at three-time horizons: the next 12 months, 1-3 years and ten years. How is consumer behaviour changing? And how can financial services understand changing habits, and ensure they remain relevant now and for the long term with the right products, delivered to the right audience, at the right time?
