He is an accomplished brand and content strategist with who has devised and delivered a wide range of content-led campaigns for a range of clients from LinkedIn to Lloyds Banking Group, Mizuho and the University of Edinburgh, Young Company Finance, and Bupa Insurance.
Rowan Morrison, Co-Managing Director & Co-Founder, Rationale
Rowan is an experienced agency leader, brand and marketing strategist, consultant and writer. She has led campaigns and consulted for a wide-range of organisations in the UK and USA including Bupa, Social Investment Business, Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC, and more. Rowan has the expertise to navigate and lead clients towards successful, and innovative, brand solutions that turn the dial on a number of objectives from audience engagement through storytelling, to brand building to gain market share.
Kirsty McKay, Recruitment Business Partner, Hymans Robertson
Kirsty is an experienced recruitment manager with a genuine passion for early careers and helping people find roles they love. She leads the recruitment of graduate, internship, school leaver, and apprenticeship opportunities across the firm, alongside experienced hires within the Pensions Market business. Drawing on her background in both in-house recruitment and higher education, Kirsty blends strategic insight with a people-first approach to create impactful early talent programmes. She is also Co-Chair of the ISE Steering Group for Scotland and a member of the Diversity Project’s Early Careers Working Group.
Craig Christmas, Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Manager, Aegon
Craig Christmas is a Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Manager at Aegon UK. Prior to joining Aegon in July 2023, Craig held multiple roles at AMS, Royal London, and Deloitte, specialising in talent attraction and candidate experience. With consulting experience at Hudson and Hays, Craig is passionate about finding the right people for purpose-led organisations like Aegon.
Euan McNair, Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand & Inclusion Director, Aegon
Euan McNair has a vast background in talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion roles in various financial services organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Aegon UK, Euan previously held positions such as Global Head of Talent Attraction and Engagement at Barclays and Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, Sourcing, and DEI Leader at AMS. With a BSc Hons in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University, Euan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role.
