Following the FCA’s decision to scrap its review into banking culture this is a timely debate looking at just how financial services firms can change internal behaviour and culture. We will explore the levers and internal mechanisms in place that influence or promote the right behaviours in line with an organisation’s cultural values and what insights are needed to influence an organisation's culture and change programme for improved customer service.
