The Financial Services Forum's 2023 Awards for Innovation and Transformation are a celebration of the businesses, teams and individuals who have sparked innovation, change or transformation within their market, business or category.

We recognise that innovation and transformation can span businesses big and small, involve multi-department team collaboration and that incremental change can have a big impact.

The name has changed, and the scope has been broadened, but the core focus of the awards – and of the Forum itself – is still the same: to recognise and celebrate the most effective examples of marketing innovation, transformation and change across the whole financial services industry.
