Tali Shlomo (Chartered FCIPD), People Engagement Director, Chartered Insurance Institute (incorporating The Personal Finance Society) has a career in HR spanning 24 years. Tali has overall responsibility at the Chartered Insurance Institute forpeople; diversity & inclusion policy; internal and external engagement; and learning, development and talent programmes. Recent successes include successful IIP Gold accreditation and achieving Diversity in Business Accreditation. Tali has lead the gender pay gap reporting and ethnicity pay gap reporting despite the CII being below the minimum 250 headcount requirement.
