I have over 15 years of traditional marketing and leading edge digital experience; including, for the past 6 years, developing communications and brand building strategies for the age of social networks across a variety of market places with complex products, services or issues.
My strategic thinking is centred around a framework I call 'Conversational Architecture' that incorporates a variety of components and skills including website development, mapping interest networks, working with multiple stakeholders, extracting expertise from an organization, building in an agile management process, using conflict resolution protocols and developing new content formats, all designed to build engagement and relationships with a commercial context.
In the past I have worked both agency and client side supporting many financial services brands, including MLIM, Schroders, Henderson Global Investors, HSBC, L&G and Ecclesiastical.
I have developed award winning strategies and talk at various events. I am always keen to share my passion and insight.
