With a 34 year career in investment management, Sarah’s role has evolved from Divisional Director managing a client base in the Marlborough office of Brewin Dolphin, to becoming the first female Executive Director of BDH Board based in London. As Regional Managing Director, she managed a significant number of teams and branches in southern England and the Channel Islands. Involved in business planning, monitoring and recruitment, Sarah also focussed on Business Development, initiating the concept of structured business growth through marketing, research and a dedicated intermediary sales team as well as developing a national charity team.

Sarah is currently a member of the senior management team at JM Finn, a wealth management company with over £9 billion of assets on behalf of private clients, trusts and charities across the UK. With a focus on service, JM Finn’s clients can expect a highly personalised approach to the management of their wealth via a dedicated investment manager as the central point of contact. As Head of Investment Management and a member of the Management Committee, Sarah is responsible for implementing the key strategic initiatives for the firm. She was Chairman of the Governors of St Francis School, Pewsey for 12 years and sits on the Council of the Institute of Directors (IOD) as well as being a member of their Nominations Committee and Chairman of the Governance Reform Group. She joined the PIMFA Board (formerly WMA) in January 2016 and is Chairman of the Marie Curie Spring Arts Reception Committee.
