Robert Taffinder

Rob is responsible for leading all aspects of Social Investment communication and engagement at Nationwide Building Society. This includes member, colleague and community engagement across the Society. Rob also takes care of Nationwide’s strategic charity partnerships with Macmillan and Shelter.

Other professional interests alongside the day job including sitting on Swindon Council’s employment and skills board and chairing its skills for growth subcommittee. More recently, Rob has recently graduated from the Bristol Leadership Challenge, applying systems leadership to help the city address and improve community mental health.
