Paul joined Police Mutual in April 2013 and has fulfilled a number of Head of roles within the Marketing team. Affinity Marketing looks after all acquisition, engagement and retention activity across both Police Mutual and Forces Mutual brands. The role includes responsibility for Digital activity and web estates.

Paul is an experienced Marketer with over 30yrs in financial services marketing roles spanning a full range of Life, Banking, Loans, Cards, Investments and Insurance products. Paul has enjoyed marketing roles with a number of leading ‘Blue Chip’ brands such as the Co-operative, Direct Line, Halifax and Royal Bank of Scotland, working across the full marketing mix.

As a Marketer Paul believes strongly in ‘outside-in’ thinking – translating the demands of the end consumer into communications and propositions/offers that are suitable for the needs and desires of the target audience.

Paul is married with two children and two grandsons and balances work in Staffordshire with family life at home in Norfolk.
