Patrick Waldron

Patrick is Chief Executive of Fintrax since 2012 - a Fintech business providing Tax refunds and dynamic currency conversion to tourists in 32 countries worldwide. Prior to this role, Patrick was Chief Executive of Post Office Financial & Travel Services – a Joint Venture between Bank of Ireland and the UK Post Office, with 11 million customers and £25 billion in assets and liabilities. Before this role, Patrick was Director of Strategy and Change in the Retail Ireland Division of Bank of Ireland. He was responsible for managing several key functions - Sales, HR, Finance, Costs, Strategy and Planning and the Change programmes for the Division. Patrick is on the Advisory Board to the Financial Services Forum in the UK and is a Fellow of the Institute or Bankers in Ireland. He is also an Honorary member of the International Academy of Retail Banking.
