Neil Ballinger
Neil is the Head of CX at Nimbletank, an Independent London agency focussed on Service Design and AI. He’s a strategic digital practitioner with over a decade of experience in Service Design and Creative. He’s previously worked at Google on large scale platforms and R&D projects. At Nimbletank, Neil heads up our CX offering, specialising in research, service design and innovation to help large organisations create paths towards products and services their customers love.
