Maria spent 10 years working in brand partnerships & financial services marketing; she then obtained a Master in Consumer Psychology, focusing on ethical dimensions of the brand-consumer relationship in the 21st century.
She is the founder of Nudge2Engage, specialising in training & commercial application of behavioural economics – also known as ‘nudging’, making it easier for businesses to engage their employees, members, customers and business partners.
Throughout her extensive marketing career Maria has worked with business associations, high street retailers, media, IFAs and UK banks and building societies.
