Luke Smith is CEO & Co-founder of Croud. Having started out his career at News International and The Economist, Luke then turned his hand to agency relationship management at Google, where his passion for all things digital grew and his belief that the agency model was broken developed. In 2011, alongside Ben Knight, he founded Croud, an agency that would cater to 24/7 365 demands. Seven years on, Croud is now a global digital marketing agency serving clients across 100+ markets, with Luke overseeing the commercial and client services parts of the business.
