Louise is part of the Yorkshire Building Society Share Plan strategy team, with overall responsibility for the Growth & Acquisition team. Louise works with her team to continually develop and grow the YBSSP business and brand. This entails combining the development and delivery of innovative communication and marketing initiatives with extensive networking and engagement strategies. By working in close partnership with prospective clients, consultants, HM Revenue & Customs (and other industry bodies) and forming effective strategic third party alliances she successfully helps deliver the team’s growth strategy.
Louise has worked for YBS since 1993, starting her career in the Branch Network, before joining the share plan team in 2000. An industry stalwart, Louise has secured and helped to launch many new share plans with a broad range of prestigious organisations.
Louise has extensive contract negotiation and implementation experience, allocating sufficient time within the project plan to understand any commercial constraints and the desired outcomes of both parties. Her pragmatic, positive and open attitude to contract negotiation inspires confidence and builds trust with clients, resulting in mutually beneficial solutions.
Outside work you’ll find Louise in the kitchen sharpening up her culinary skills. She also has a passion for travel and all things equine. Louise is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Avalon Group http://avalongroup.org.uk.
