Kirsty is an award-winning marketer with over 20 years experience in marketing strategy, brand and communications. Used to working at a senior level and with Exec Boards. She loves creating innovative solutions for both consumer and B2B brands that deliver measurable success. Making our clients’ visions a reality by building them on a strategic understanding of consumer behaviour and desires, in order to deliver transformative brand experiences.

Working in various marketing roles in financial services she helped launch, Pet Plan, the first pet insurance in the UK before moving to The Scotsman Publications (part of Thomson Regional Newspapers), launching the first ever Scottish Sunday newspaper with Scotland on Sunday. In 1995 she set up her own consultancy advising a diverse mix of clients on all aspects of marketing communications.

Kirsty joined Teamspirit in April 2000, working with a broad range of financial services firms, from branding to distribution, from product development and strategy to overall communications. She has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world including Aviva, Barclays, Scottish Widows, Santander and Prudential. Plus a range of new brands to market including Tilney, Eden Tree, Amicus and One Savings Bank.

Her personal favourite experiences are mixology and cycling – but not together!
