Kevin Neal

Kevin is Strategy and Innovation Manager at DAS UK Group, who provide protection against unforeseen legal costs to millions of families and motorists, and hundreds of thousands of businesses every year. In this role he has established and managed a multi-discipline Insight team to support informed decision making and planning by the business. A particular focus has been on understanding how customer awareness and knowledge develops throughout the sales process, and of how customer engagement can be improved through the use of award-winning behavioural insight.
